26 Aout 2010 / Successful Capital Increase in the Amount of 1,0 M€ Through the Exercise of Warrant B Notes
Diagnostic Medical Systems (DMS) is pleased to announce the results of the capital increase that was achieved through the exercise of warrant B notes during the temporary period that modified certain characteristics of the warrant B notes (16th July - 23 August 2010).

Diagnostic Medical Systems (DMS) registered turnover in the amount of €15.7 million for the year 2009 a 21% decrease when compared with turnover for 2008.
